I. Research Interest

Since exosomes have been revealed as a mediator in cell communication, tumor cell also could affect to tumor microenvironment (TME) via exosomes and vice versa.

Once Interface-zone Fibroblast (InF) that is a main component of TME is activated by tumor, it may interact with tumor zone via exosomes, transferring breast cancer specific miR, which affect tumor invasion or migration.

Hypothesis of this research would be that interface-zone fibroblast (InF) may enhance tumor invasiveness and migration via exosomes, transferring specific miR in breast cancer.
